LIVE WORK PLAY

Purposefully designed for every milestone

Our program is cumulative. Each year builds on each other to establish foundational character traits adding more complexity and adapting curricula to developmental milestones. We structure classrooms into five progressive age groups: Infant, Younger Toddler, Older Toddler, Preschool, and Jr. Kindergarten.

Infant

Love & Bonding

Our infant program welcomes students 8 weeks to 15 months. During our students' first year, we mimic the intimate relationships parents have with their children. Like parents, we constantly interact with our babies doing the same serve-and-return patterns that parents do. Our babies get lots of hugs, holding, positive reinforcement, babbling, and interaction on their level.

Love for learning, lifelong friendships

Our curricula is cumulative, continually building on prior years. When students are three to five years old, we teach skills for lifelong success. This includes learning academic skills for the next phase and further establishing character traits. Our students become self-competent, responsibly make decisions, navigate peer relationships, regulate emotions, and collaborate. Preschool fosters a love for learning—students activate their innate curiosity, determination, resilience, and persistence. Educators weave in academic skills by adapting curricula to each students own interests.

Foundations for life-long success

All children have 100 languages—SolBe taps into as many of these as we can. Our program uses art, music, movement, emotions, textures, tastes, sounds, and connection to activate the senses. We create a whole-body, whole-mind, whole-person learning experience using multiple modalities to teach one thing. SolBe is hands on, immersed and about your—you, your partner’s, your family’s—child’s learning. Educators create intimate, child-specific experiences based on observing your child’s interests, just like you do as a parent.

How do we balance structured curriculum and play?
Is it too much for my child to be exposed to three languages; English, Spanish, and my primary language?
What happens if we discover my child has emergent needs?
What can I do about my parenting-overwhelm?
How do I have difficult conversations with my co-parent?
How do I figure out what I want for my child or me?
When do we start looking and applying to childcare programs?
What are the pros and cons of group learning? Or a nanny?

SolBe pursuits: Continual improvement. Cross-disciplinary. Research-based best practice. Honest and non-judgmental communication. A holistic approach. A willing mind. Your child's and your best interest at heart.

Early education is a meaningful investment, and high-quality programs make it the rule not exception.
