Foundations for flourishing.

Boston’s only space dedicated to infants and younger toddlers:

Quality educators. A seed-to-table nutrition program. Full-day schedules. And an entire space—both indoor and outdoor—dedicated to the intimate learning processes of younger minds.

Spaces

Thoughtfully designed environments that foster exploration without overstimulation.

Our "Dwelling & Yard" layouts provide distinct areas for quiet, focused activities and energy-burning, active learning opportunities, respectively. An open-ended studio space functions as a maker space, atelier, science lab, and STEAM area rolled into one. Softer colors on the walls and wallpapers maintain a gentle, cozy feel.

We collaborated with a landscape architect to create an outdoor play space with features like turf mounts for developing balance and appropriate risk taking , a large sand pit, a water feature with bridge, lots of durable plantings and trees, a pull up/balance bar, and so much more.

Educators

Exceptional care begins with exceptional people

We hire educators for their character—empathy, patience, and passion for teaching—and then invest in developing their skills.

We are global and diverse in thought. SolBe proudly [includes] educators from Iran, Afghanistan, Chile, Venezuela, Peru, Mexico, and more with [X%+] having a Masters in Education and [X%+] having an undergraduate degree in an non-education field.

Grow with us.

When your little one is a little less little, we’ll have a spot waiting for them in our preschool and preK down the street. It's a seamless transition that keeps the same quality educators and nutrition program while offering an expanded space geared for older age groups.

The team at SolBe is exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate our scheduling needs, which has been incredibly helpful for our family. The flexibility and understanding they've shown have made a significant difference in managing our busy lives. The educators are not only professional but also warm and caring, creating a friendly learning atmosphere that our daughters love.

Faye, Parent of Preschooler & Younger Toddler

In this supportive environment, my son has truly flourished. I’ve witnessed significant growth in his communication and social skills. He eagerly looks forward to going to SolBe each day, often asking to return even on weekends. It’s heartwarming to see him engage enthusiastically in activities and develop friendships.

Kafi, Parent of SolBe Alum

SolBe is exceptional. SolBe has always been our one constant, despite the times of uncertainty and chaos that we've navigated over the past few years.
